Hi friends today my blog post is all about diet foods on this quarantine. everybody wherein lockdown in our houses for the last few days. It ‘s been difficult for many people to spend the whole day sitting at home. More than sitting we do many things which we failed to do when we were working. So here I am gonna suggest some best diet maintaining steps to overcome from becoming fat and come across this quarantine.

Eat a balanced and nutritious diet.

1. Intake of balanced and nutritious food gives you more energy so that you can concentrate on what you wish to do.
2. Many people have been in working from home. There is a lot of chances that you cross your limit in your nutritious diet.
3. Eating everything will not make sense. proper intake of breakfast to dinner gives you more energy to concentrate and avoid distraction.

Take only what you need

1. Because of COVID 19, many people got panic and purchasing many products more than required. It may create negative consequence like increase in food price.

2. Asses the food which you already have at home and plan your intake. because it is really important to consider our own needs as well as others

Practice safe hand hygiene:

1. According to experts, there is no record that COVID-19 will transmit on foods. Even though we want to be aware and practice self and safe hygiene.

2. While handling and preparing food please make sure to wash your hands for 20 seconds with hand washer
3. Make sure to cover your mouth with tissue or sleeve when you sneeze or cough.
4. Wash your fruits and vegetables before consuming.
5. Give prioritize to fresh products and to avoid food waste. If you have any food leftover make sure to use for another meal

Limit your salt and sugar intake.

1. Since we are at home for a very long time there may a chance to overeat. So make sure If food labels are not available, avoid foods which commonly contain trans fats such as processed and fried foods, like doughnuts and baked goods – including biscuits, pie crusts, frozen pizzas, cookies, crackers that include partially hydrogenated fat.

1. It ‘s been a month we were in lockdown having good and quality time with your family and friends.

 1.Art+Crafts :
 Turn to your schools days and there where you do all the craft things...search the internet and do craft things with the accessories, you have at home. That will be everlasting memories which the one we created by our own hands.


2.Re-decorate your rooms:
 Seeing the same room will be bored. We may have a though of redecorating room once. As we hurry up with our lifestyle we would have not done with lack of time. But now we can change our room according to our wish and changes always gives you so much of joy and positivity in it try out.


3.Learn cooking:
 This point is not all for the people over there. Some people  don't have time to cook or don't know how to cook ..so that is no problem now we have more time to learn cooking from mamma or they are so many blogs for cooking or youtube videos available. So we can learn cooking to take care of ourself and try out a new recipe.


4. Read a book
 Reading a book is one of an excellent idea at this point. I knew not everyone loves to read a book. but a habit of reading a book help you to learn so many things in your life.
