RICE KHEER


              

Today  I thought of bringing my favourite pudding: Rice payasam
Here I listed out Ingredients and process for yummy payasam.

Ingredients:

                  1 .      One cup of Rice. 
                  2.       Five cups of milk.
                        3.       ¼ cup of sugar
                        4.       1 spoon ghee
                        5.       10 or 12 Cashews
                        6.       Kishmish
                        7.       ¼ spoon cardamon powder


Here we go for steps:

1. In a big Kadai Add some cup of milk and stir it well.
2. After that add a bowl of boiled rice and again stir it well.
3. Just cook it for 12-15 min until rice grains turn creamy flavour.
4.After it comes creamy add 1 cup milk for consistency
5. Add ¼ cup sugar and stir it for some time.
6.Boil for 2-3 minutes until the kheer turns creamy.
7.In seperate kadai Add a gheee ,cashews,kishmish and roast well.
8. Pour the roasted nuts,kishmish over kheer and mix well.
9. Finally, add cardamon powder.
10.Enjoy your favourite rice kheer or refrigerate it.
