Pal Kolkattai

                                                Pal kolkattai



Ingredients:

1.Rice  flour  1cup
2.Ghee  4 tspn
3.1 Pinch of salt.
4.1 Cup of powdered jaggery.
5.Milk 1 cup
6. Coconut  milk  1 cup.
7.cashews 3-4.

For Making  dough:

1.Idiyapam flour  1cup
2.Ghee  2 tspn
3.Salt As much as needed

 Preparation of Dough:

In a mixing bowl .Add the  Idiyapam flour and some water  into it .After that add some ghee and pinch of salt into the flour.Mix it well untill it become fine paste. Then just make it as small round shape balls ,keep aside.

Ingredients for jaggery suace :

1.Jaggery well powered 1 cup
2.Water

Preparation of jaggery sauce:
                                                           
In a slow flame Add jaggery and  some water in separate vessel and cook it for few minutes until it becomes immersing and saucy .



 Process Of Making pal kokattai:

In a heavy  bottomed pan take 1 cup of milk + water  and heat  it well.

After That Add the balls  with a milk and make it steam it for some 3-5 minutes.Add jaggery sauce and coconut milk into it .stir it well for 5-6 minutes.

In a separate pan with medium flame put 2 tspn of ghee and roast the cashews .take the roasted cashews and add it to the ball pan.
Finally  in a minute make it for dining and serve hot......
